Teachers:

The role of teachers in the Quinte Regional Science and Technology Fair is pivotal, as they serve not only as educators but also as mentors and facilitators for students embarking on their scientific explorations. These dedicated professionals guide students through the intricate process of developing their projects, helping them to formulate hypotheses, design experiments, and analyze results. By fostering a supportive environment, teachers encourage creativity and critical thinking, essential skills for any budding scientist. Furthermore, their involvement extends beyond mere academic instruction; they inspire students to engage with scientific concepts and cultivate a passion for inquiry that can last a lifetime. The commitment of teachers to the fair not only enhances the quality of the projects presented but also enriches the overall educational experience, making it a significant event in the academic calendar that promotes collaboration, innovation, and a deeper understanding of science and technology among young learners.

The QRSTF website has many resources such as the registration page, Documents and links page. These resources will help to start their project, use a Logbook, and follow all safety and ethics rules.
